Select your service at our booking page.
Choose your preferred date and time.
Pay for the appointment to confirm and secure your booking.
You will receive an email about your booking and make sure to add the schedule to your calendar.
But no worries, we will send you a reminder 12 hours before your appointment.

Yes, we can!
You can send a message using our forms or send an email to info@crimped.com.au for us to book your appointments.
Kindly be advised that if we book the appointment for you, a payment needs to be made 24 hours and make sure that you actively respond to emails and messages otherwise we’ll assume that you have made other arrangements. -

Preferred Date and Time

And we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Please do note that once the booking has been placed, a payment needs to be settled within 24 hours to secure the appointment given that it is a special booking. -
In order to secure your ideal appointment time, please be sure to book your appointment 2-3 weeks in advance.
The date and time can be changed up to 48 hours if needed.

If not, we will still notify you 48-24hours for an available spot closest to your preference.

For a Crimped Mobile Service, we service the western suburbs of Perth, and the surrounding area.
Travel fee is $25.00

We kindly ask that if you are feeling unwell at all or have a runny nose, fever, cough or have flu-like symptoms, you can reschedule 12 hours before your appointment.

We request a minimum of 48 hours/ 2 days notice for cancellations.
If an appointment is cancelled 48 hours or more, you have the option to:
1. Refund the payment
2. Rebook your appointment with your new preferred date and time.
3. Get credits to use for a booking.
If an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours, you have the option to:
1. Rebook your appointment within two weeks.
2. Get credits to use for a booking.If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours, the amount will be taken in full.
